Details:
- Begins upon successful credentialing (4-6 weeks - Temps Possible)
- 02/03 - Ongoing
- Monday-Friday (7a-3p, 7a -5p, 7a-7p & 24's)
- No Call or OT (unless desired)
- 9 ORs in the Hospital and 2 surgery center rooms off site
- Cases - B&B, OB, Ortho, Neuro/Head, Peds
- Model: 6 MD/DOs & 14 CRNAs
- Supervision 1:4
- EMR: EPIC
