Physician / Anesthesiology

A Large Health System is seeking an Anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Upstate South Carolina. Candidates must have at least two weeks of availability per month. Coverage is exclusively at Spartanburg Medical Center's Main Campus, with no call, weekends, or holidays unless desired. The role involves bread-and-butter cases, trauma, major vascular, craniotomy, GYN (OB not required but helpful), and supervision of 3-4 ORs. Responsibilities include medical direction of CRNAs (up to 1:4) and out-of-OR sites such as MRI and IR, along with Endo, Ortho, Healthy Peds, Neuro, Thoracic, and Regional Anesthesia. No cardiac cases are required. Credentialing takes 30-90 days.
