Details:
- Begins upon successful credentialing (60-90 days)
- Mon - Fri (7a-5:30p 2 sites until 7p)
- No Call OT once per week
- 8 ORs
- Cases: B&B, Neuro Spine, OB, Ortho, PEDs (healthy), Regional US Guidance exp. preferred, & Spines
- No Heads No Hearts
- Supervision 1:3
- Paper Charting & EMR for Orders
