Trauma 0-1o 1-2 Trauma per montho 0-2 Peds per day Setting: o Inpatient unito Trauma Level 3o Will need to see ages 6 months and up Support Staff: o 1 Assistant, No CRNAo 11 Physicians in group Procedures:o Major Vascular/interventional vascular including AAA repairo Cardiac Cath Lab caseso OBo Traumao Spinalo Orthoo Thoracico Regional ANES/Peripheral nerve blocks EMR: o EPIC Board Certification: o BC or BE Travel: o Facility will cover Credentialing timeline:o 60-90 days for full privileges Requirements:o Active IN licenseo 2+ years of experience o AHA certified BLS
