Physician / Anesthesiology

A busy hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage. Relax in a kayak, enjoy a scenic game of golf, or explore historic sites all in East Georgia. This position involves a variety of cases, including cardiac, orthopedics, neuro, general surgery, urology, ENT, bariatrics, vascular, thoracic, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and trauma. The facility handles over 3,000 annual deliveries and approximately 24,000 cases per year. Cardiac cases include 355 cardiac surgeries, 170 TAVR, 392 Watchman, 1,424 EP, and 44 TMVR annually. A cardiac fellowship and TEE certification are required. Regularly scheduled ORs are not available on weekends, and daily start times are at 7:00 AM.
