- Begins pending successful credentialing (Temps)
- ASAP - Ongoing ( Mon - Fri 5 X 8 or 4 X10)
- Call - 1:14 WE Call - 1:4
- OT: Minimal
- 9 ORs (7 General 2 Cardiac)
- Cases: B&B, Bariatrics, GU/GI, OB (madatory) , Ortho, PEDs (minimal), Robotics, TEE/EP
- CRNAs do Epis/Spinals C-section exp. required
- Model: 10-12 CRNAs & 5-6 MD/DOs
- Supervision - 1:3 1:4
- Must have Active ACLS & BLS
- EMR: Paper charting
