Physician / Anesthesiology / Florida / Permanent / Locum Cardiac Anesthesia Need in Florida Job

•  Coverage Needed:
•  ASAP - Ongoing
•  24hr Call coverage
•  1 week a month
•  Clinical Information:
•  45-50 patients per day
•  EMR: Medaxion/Meditech
•  Will cover general cases until cardiac cases come in
•  Possible cases: General, Monitored Care, Neuraxial, Peripheral nerve block
•  Required:
•  Board Certified or Board Eligible
•  Must be willing to take call as well as cover general cases if no CV cases are scheduled
•  DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
•  Current Flu Vaccine
•  Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
•  Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
