Locum Tenens Opportunity: Emergency Medicine Physician Near Cloquet, MN

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated locum tenens physician specializing in Emergency Medicine for an ongoing opportunity near Cloquet, MN. This is an excellent chance to join a newly established emergency department that opened in 2020, providing top-notch care to patients in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

Scheduling & Shifts:

  • Thanksgiving Day

• Additional Support:
  • Full support from specialists, mental health professionals, a designated trauma team, registered nurses (RNs), and an in-house pharmacy.

Requirements:

• Board Certification:
  • Physicians must be board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Licensure:
  • Must be licensed in Minnesota or through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
• Hospital Privileges:
  • Required, with temporary privileges available if necessary.
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:
  • Approximately 90 days.
• Certifications Required:
  • No additional certifications (ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS) are required.
• EMR System:
  • MediTech
