Opening: Physician Specialty: Anesthesiology Position Type: Locum Tenens Facility: Medical Center Location: Maryland Start Date: asap, privilege timeframe averages 30 days Length: 6+ months Hours: 2:00am - 10:30pm , Shift Type: 8s, 10s, 12s Must work at least 2 weeks per month Details: Case Type(s): General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics, Cardiac OB & REGIONAL experience required Charting System: Paper charting with electronic orders Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 18 Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: Yes What is the CRNA to MD ratio?: 4 to 1 Are MDs doing their own cases?: Yes Other notes about the site: We use care team model with both CAAs and CRNAs. Travel between facilities will be a possibility. Limited pediatrics. Very busy L&D units. Credentials: Texas medical license. Must be Board Certified. Must be able to Supervise CRNA's.
