Details:
- Begins upon successful credentialing
- ASAP-Ongoing
- Four (4) Ten (10) hour Days Per Wk: 6:30AM - 5:00PM
- Potential OT if desired
- Ortho, Neuro-Spine, Uro, GS, Vascular, Plastics, ENT
- One day per week and 1:4 weekends
- CRNA s are supervised, 1:4
- 6 week credentialing process
