•   Call TBD (beep and in house)
•   Clinical Information:
•   Percent supervision or medical direction vs. doing own cases: 100%
•   Level 1 trauma center, Level 3 NICU, children's hospital
•   660 beds
•   Anesthesia Team:
•   16 General Anesthesiologists
•   3 CV Anesthesiologists
•   54 CRNA/ AA
•   28 Operating Rooms + OB
•   Types of cases include:
•   Ortho, Neuro. General, Urology, ENT, Bariatric, Vascular, Thoracic, OB/GYN, Peds and Trauma
•   OB- Number of monthly/annual deliveries: 3000+
•   EMR: EPIC
•   24000+ Annual Cases
•   No OR scheduled on the weekend
•   New grads welcome
•   Required:
•   DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
•   Current Flu Vaccine
•   Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
•   Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
