A pharmaceutical company in Connecticut has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a newSupply Chain Logistics Consultant. In this role, the Supply Chain Logistics Consultant (Remote) will be responsible for reviewing and processing the company's Global and US import and export shipments. Responsibilities: TheSupply Chain Logistics Consultant (Remote) will: Determining appropriate import/ export requirements based on commodity and shipment details Preparing proforma / commercial invoices for international shipments Instruct customs brokers on import entry requirements Ensure compliance with governmental regulations globally Conduct and completes trade compliance planning for imports globally Log activity on a transactional basis for the purposes of trend analyses, performance metric reports, recordkeeping, and productivity evaluations Interface with management, internal/ external customers, and suppliers Work closely with Clinical Supply teams to support related import activities Supporting the investigation of corrective action/preventative action as applicable Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications 4+ years of relevant work experience Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Computer savvy Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: Knowledge of commercial/ approved products logistics
