A pharmaceutical company in Connecticut has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a newSupply Chain Logistics Consultant. In this role, the Supply Chain Logistics Consultant (Remote) will be responsible for reviewing and processing the company's Global and US import and export shipments.

Responsibilities:

TheSupply Chain Logistics Consultant (Remote) will:
•  Determining appropriate import/ export requirements based on commodity and shipment details
•  Preparing proforma / commercial invoices for international shipments
•  Instruct customs brokers on import entry requirements
•  Ensure compliance with governmental regulations globally
•  Conduct and completes trade compliance planning for imports globally
•  Log activity on a transactional basis for the purposes of trend analyses, performance metric reports, recordkeeping, and productivity evaluations
•  Interface with management, internal/ external customers, and suppliers
•  Work closely with Clinical Supply teams to support related import activities
•  Supporting the investigation of corrective action/preventative action as applicable
•  Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications
•  4+ years of relevant work experience
•  Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
•  Computer savvy
•  Solid problem solving and time management skills
•  Great interpersonal skills
•  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•  Strong attention to detail
•  Highly organized Desired Skills:
•  Knowledge of commercial/ approved products logistics
