As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CMO reports directly to the President & CEO and partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer to guide clinical strategy, operations, quality, and performance.This is a high-impact, visible role ideal for a physician who thrives in an action-oriented, mission-driven, and collegial environment. Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary clinical team, including Medical Directors across service linesOversee all clinical services, care quality programs, provider performance, and retention initiativesPromote an integrated, team-based model of primary care grounded in research and best practicesAdvance health equity, patient experience, and access to care in partnership with operational leadershipServe as an internal and external champion for mission, policy, and health system advocacyProvide limited direct patient care (estimated at 4 hours/week) to stay grounded in the care experienceYou will have the benefit of a supportive transition and mentorship period alongside the current CMO, who is preparing for retirement.
