Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for approximately 150 SUD patients per month
Manage a diverse caseload of family medicine patients
Conduct chronic case management, preventative care, and screenings
Handle acute care cases as needed
Perform comprehensive patient examinations and develop treatment plans
Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
Provide patient education on addiction recovery and general health maintenance
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Adhere to all relevant protocols for addiction medicine and family practice
Additional Information :
Michigan medical license required for this position
Strong experience in addiction medicine and MAT is essential
