Day Shift Hospitalist needed for an academic hospital in New Haven County CT. Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits, retirement plan, and paid medical malpractice including tail coverage. Job Function: Join a dedicated team of physicians who specialize in caring for hospitalized patients Team of 8+ day-shift and 2-nocturnists, need another hospitalist to fill in schedule Mon-Fri schedule 8am-4:30pm with one weekend shift a month (Sat & Sun) Closed ICU, will supervise codes for residents, procedures optional but not required Academic program with Internal medicine residency, will be an academic role involved with teaching
