Responsibilities include:
Providing skilled physical therapy services and developing patient care programs. Conducting evaluations, creating therapy plans, and documenting patient progress. Coordinating care with healthcare teams and supervising PT assistants. Educating patients and families on therapy programs and safety. Qualifications:
