Provide skilled physical therapy services and develop patient care programs. Minimum degree from an accredited PT program; one year of experience preferred. Must be licensed in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, therapy plan development, documentation, and team communication. Supervise PT assistants and educate patients and families.
