Time: 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM
Description: Need experience in SNF (Skilled nursing Facility)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
Instruct and guide patients in therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist.
Use equipment and techniques such as massage, stretching, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound therapy.
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued care at home.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
