Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Placement
Shift: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed. Flexible schedule with weekend rotation.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies.
Provide direct patient care, including exercise instruction and mobility assistance, while monitoring patient progress.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with healthcare team members in various settings, including outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health environments.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support effective rehabilitation strategies.

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
