We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility.
•  Assess patients' physical abilities and design personalized rehab plans.
•  Perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapies to restore mobility and reduce pain.
•  Educate patients and families on treatment and preventive care.
•  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise support staff.
•  Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
Qualifications include a Doctoral in Physical Therapy, state licensure, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in long-term care is a plus.
