Physical Therapist - Fort Gibson, Oklahoma area - Permanent and Full-Time Hire

Job Summary:
- Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment
- Evaluates patients accurately and plans appropriate treatment
- Sets and meets functional goals, revises and progresses treatment program
- Provides instruction to patients, family members, and healthcare providers
Minimum Education:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:
- Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy.
Work Experience:
- 0 - 6 months related experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to use computers and basic computer knowledge for data input and reporting
- Effective reasoning ability and adaptability
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment
- Evaluates patient accurately and plans appropriate treatment
- Completes patient records in a timely manner
- Maintains technical expertise through continuing education
- Provides instruction to patients, family members, and healthcare providers
