Physical Therapist/ PTA

Provides physical therapy services by evaluating patients, setting goals, planning programs, and treating based on physician orders.

•  Maintains records, notes, and assists in supervising technicians and support staff.

•  Responsible for physical therapy charges and participates in educational programs.

•  Requires a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (preferred), current Texas license, and BCLS certification.

•  Effective verbal and written communication skills needed; entry-level or experienced candidates accepted.

•  Full-time position following departmental policies and procedures.
