Physical Therapist PT / Physical Therapy Assistant

Seeking skilled PRN Physical Therapists (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for a 46-bed short-term care facility in Mayfield Heights, OH.
•  Provide high-quality rehabilitation by assisting therapists with assessments, implementing treatment plans, and supporting residents recovery.
•  Maintain accurate documentation, communicate with the care team, and educate residents and families.
•  Qualifications include Ohio licensure, 1-2 years experience preferred but open to new grads, with compassionate and independent work ethic.
