Job description: Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physical assessments and review medical histories to evaluate patients' conditions.
Develop and customize treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and objectives.
Implement a range of therapeutic exercises and training programs to enhance patient recovery.
Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.

Qualifications: Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health as a physical therapist.
Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation, adhering to professional standards.
Valid CPR certification required throughout employment in a clinical role.
Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various business locations.
