Outpatient Physical Therapist

Position Highlights :

  • Work-Life Balance: Standard weekday hours with flexibility depending on patient mix; typical shifts run 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends, no call.
  • Desirable Practice Setting: Outpatient hospital-based setting serving primarily adults and teens in a collaborative therapy department.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Compensation: Hourly rates based on experience
    • PT I (0-3 years): $36.50 - $38.72/hr
    • PT II (4+ years): $40.66 - $54.64/hr
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Qualifications :

  • Degree: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina PT license.
  • Skillset: Strong evaluation and intervention skills with adolescent and adult populations in an outpatient setting.
  • Experience: All experience levels welcome; tiered pay based on years of experience.
