Physical Therapist Los Alamos Outpatient Per Diem

This physical therapist provides assessment, treatment, and management of neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory conditions to improve mobility and reduce pain, following physician prescriptions.

•  Develops, implements, and monitors personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

•  Administers physical therapy modalities and ensures proper documentation and communication throughout the treatment process.

•  Qualifications include a Degree in Physical Therapy and current licensure and BLS certification in New Mexico.

•  Must possess strong assessment, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.

•  Experience is not required.
