Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist assesses, plans, and implements patient care based on the Physical Therapy Practice Act, ensuring quality and safety.

•  Collects relevant data, collaborates with physicians, and conducts independent evaluations.

•  Recognizes additional needs, interprets results, and sets achievable goals.

•  Reassesses patient progress regularly and identifies appropriate equipment with patient and family input.

•  Requires a Doctorate, valid LPT license, and BLS certification.

•  This is a Per Diem, as-needed position, focused on delivering technical and individualized therapy care.
