Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients, ensuring adherence to practice standards.

•  Gathers patient data, collaborates with physicians, and evaluates all patient types independently.

•  Recognizes additional needs, makes informed decisions on testing, and formulates measurable, realistic goals.

•  Regularly reassesses patient progress and identifies appropriate equipment, engaging patients and families.

•  Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a valid LPT license, and BLS certification.

•  This is a full-time position with a focus on skilled, patient-centered care.
