Physical Therapist

SpineSearch is seeking to fill an opening for a Physical Therapist to join a quickly growing orthopedic spine practice with locations throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. New grads encouraged to apply.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
Florida License
DPT from accredited program
High interest in spine related conditions
Ability to travel to multiple offices as needed

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with spine-related conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer effective and evidence-based physical therapy interventions, exercises, and manual techniques to improve patients' functional abilities and reduce pain.
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate patients on proper home exercise programs and self-management strategies to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
Utilize advanced knowledge and skills in spine rehabilitation to address complex cases and implement innovative treatment approaches.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay current with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in outpatient orthopedic spine physical therapy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
