Physical Therapist

Responsible for managing and assisting in the care of patients across various age groups in the Medical/Surgical unit. The LPN works under the supervision of an RN, collecting data, providing care, and ensuring compliance with department standards. Essential functions include effective communication, prioritization, emergency response, documentation, and patient care interventions. Requirements include a high school diploma, LPN program graduation, Missouri state licensure, and BLS certification. Knowledge of patient growth and development stages is essential. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work within established policies and procedures.
