GHR Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist in the CCRC setting for Vero Beach, FL . New graduates welcome to apply.

Salary rage based upon experience: $75,000 - $112,000 per year

Details:
40 hours week
M-F 8A-4:30P
Direct Hire- Staff position
Busy inpatient/outpatient. This PT will be treating Independent Living residents primarily (some with Memory Care needs)
Mix of Outpatient and Inpatient setting
82 bed SNF/ and IL facilities
Use RestoreSkills EMR.
Specialized training - chronic pain, vestibular, pelvic health, and ACTS exercise based trainings.

This facility is a long-standing, reputable non-profit organization with very nice CCRC communities.
This location has a beautiful, newer, state of the art large gym and nice fitness center.
DOFR (Dir of Fitness & Rehab) has been there for 6 years. They have a good-sized, cohesive team. Great support system and friendships, as well as collaborated team.
Therapy is IN-HOUSE, so they are employees just like everyone else - collaboration with other team members.

Job requirements:
BSN in Physical Therapy
PA PT License required
AHA BLS required
