Physical Therapist

•  Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement physical therapy care for assigned patients.
•  Gather patient data from charts and caregivers; communicate with physicians as needed.
•  Independently evaluate all assigned patient types, recognizing and addressing additional needs.
•  Interpret evaluation results to set measurable and realistic goals.
•  Regularly reassess patient progress in accordance with policies.
•  Identify appropriate equipment and educate patients/families.
•  Requirements: Doctorate in Physical Therapy, state LPT license, and BLS certification.
•  Full-time position.
