We are looking for a per diem Physical Therapist willing to work at least three days a week. We are a local, family-run business in Surprise, AZ, dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. Our facility boasts state-of-the-art equipment and a world-class ceiling-mounted railing system. We specialize not only in vestibular, balance, and dizziness therapy, as well as concussion rehab, but also in orthopedic, sports injury rehab, post-surgical rehab, and neurological rehab. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and progress skilled treatment plans in an outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting.
Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care to our patients.
Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
Adapt and respond to changes in workload effectively.
Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited PT program.
Current physical therapy license in the state of Arizona.
Ability to carry out and progress skilled treatment plans.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Motivated and willing to learn.
Adaptable and flexible.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
