Physical Therapist

Seeking a Registered Physical Therapist to provide in-home care with minimal documentation, promoting better work/life balance and patient outcomes.

•  Administers physician-prescribed therapy, evaluates patients, and develops treatment plans.

•  Works independently in patient homes across multiple Missouri counties.

•  Collaborates with healthcare team, educates patients/families, and completes assessments and reports.

•  Requires PT licensure, 2+ years preferred, with physical activity capability including lifting and bending.
