Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist conducts patient evaluations, develops and adjusts treatment plans, and monitors progress to improve function and relieve pain.
•  Responsibilities include performing assessments, administering therapies, fitting orthotics, instructing patients, and documenting care.
•  Provides supervision to staff, maintains professionalism and environment, and ensures safety and compliance.
•  Requires a B.S. in Physical Therapy, Illinois license, CPR certification within 30 days, and physical stamina for mobility and lifting.
•  Communicates with physicians, reports progress, and adheres to privacy and safety policies while delivering excellent patient service.
