The Physical Therapist is responsible for:
Conducting initial patient evaluations and developing treatment plans. Monitoring patient progress and communicating with referring physicians. Documenting evaluations and treatment in medical records. Performing various therapeutic techniques and exercises. Instructing patients on home care and assistive devices. Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and maintaining a clean work environment. Adhering to safety and compliance policies. Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy; Illinois license required. CPR certification needed within 30 days of hire.
