Physical Therapist

•  Provide in-home physical therapy services, including client assessment, care planning, and intervention.
•  Maintain accurate, timely documentation per regulations and best practices.
•  Supervise home health aides as needed, ensuring quality care delivery.
•  Comply with all company, ethical, and regulatory standards including HIPAA and infection control.
•  Travel required in and around Onondaga County; flexible driving in various weather.
•  Requires NYS PT license, driver's license, and insurance; 1 year PT experience preferred.
