Physical Therapist

Seeking a passionate Physical Therapist for outpatient care at a hospital in Peru, IN, offering full-time, part-time, or PRN hours with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

•  Provide 1:1 treatments, evaluate patients, develop personalized plans, and document progress regularly.

•  Supervise and instruct therapy assistants, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families.

•  Maintain compliance with standards, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to quality improvement.

•  Requirements include a Master s or Bachelor s in Physical Therapy, current licensure, 5+ years of practice, and preferably experience in rehabilitation and membership in relevant organizations.
