The Physical Therapist will manage and deliver professional therapy services, ensuring compliance with licensure and safety standards. Responsibilities include:

Interpreting referrals and developing/modifying care plans

Conducting comprehensive assessments

Coordinating care with clinical teams

Directing Physical Therapy Assistants

Documenting patient progress accurately

Qualifications include a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy school, current Oklahoma license or eligibility, BLS/CPR certification, and effective communication skills. Experience in specific therapy areas is preferred. Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license for certain roles.
