We seek a Physical Therapist to provide ethical, cost-effective management and delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with established care plans. Responsibilities include:
Interpreting referrals and developing/modifying therapy plans Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients Coordinating care with clinical team members Directing Physical Therapy Assistants in treatment Documenting patient care accurately and timely Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility BLS or CPR certification required Effective communication skills in English Preferred experience varies by department. All applicants considered regardless of protected status.
