Job Summary:
The Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and administer physical therapy treatments based on physician referrals. Responsibilities include collaborating with medical staff and providing community education on pelvic health services.

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Current Indiana Physical Therapy License. BLS certification within 6 months of hire. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 4:30p (Off Wednesdays). No weekends/holidays.
