Physical Therapist

We're seeking a skilled and caring Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility and improve their lives. You'll assess needs, create tailored treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy in settings like outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and home health.

What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and design custom therapy plans.
Provide treatments and exercises to support recovery.
Monitor progress and adjust care as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams for top-notch results.
Guide patients and families on home exercises.
Maintain clear patient records.

What You Bring
Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement.
Experience in short-term rehab, long-term care (preferred).
Great communication and patient care skills.
Compassion and organization to manage multiple cases.
