Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

•  Responsibilities include diagnostic, palliative, preventative, and rehabilitative/habilitative services within licensure scope.

•   NYS license required or eligible; prior experience with disabilities preferred.

•   Full-time role with a salary of $90,968 $95,979/year, offering benefits such as health/dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible schedule.

•   Day shift, Monday Friday.

•   Master's degree required; must be willing to relocate to Sullivan County, NY before starting.
