Provides direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, addressing physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.

Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members regarding patient condition and care.

Performs patient assessments, assists with procedures, administers medications safely, and revises care plans as needed.

Adheres to regulatory requirements and hospital policies, maintaining professional competencies.

Requires a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program, New Mexico LPN/LVN license, and BLS certification.

Full-time position; basic computer and English communication skills required.
