Physical Therapist

•  Provides independent, comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation) for patients in a clinical setting.
•  Addresses complex physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
•  Administers medications/treatments per protocol, monitors responses, and documents care.
•  Makes assignments and delegates tasks to manage clinical situations.
•  Educates patients and families, assessing learning needs and available resources.
•  Requires an RN license (state or compact) and BLS certification; BSN and one year of specialty experience preferred.
•  Full-time position.
