•  We are hiring a Physical Therapist to assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and independence.

•  Responsibilities include evaluating patient abilities, performing therapeutic exercises, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

•  Qualifications: Doctoral in Physical Therapy, licensure, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in long-term care preferred.
