Physical Therapist

Job Summary: A Registered Physical Therapist administers physical therapy to patients in their place of residence according to physician orders and care plans. Responsibilities include providing prescribed therapy, improving patient disabilities, directing personnel, and collaborating with healthcare team. The therapist also evaluates patients, instructs on home programs, attends care conferences, and completes necessary assessments and documentation. Requirements: Graduate from an approved physical therapist curriculum, licensed in practicing state(s), with at least two years of experience preferred. Must align with agency goals, demonstrate initiative and independent judgment. Physical Requirements: Capable of participating in physical activities, standing for extended periods, heavy lifting, bending, and regular physical exertion.
