Physical Therapist

Seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ years licensed experience for a role offering a pay range of $43.15-$64.73/hr plus a $5/hr Madras Northern Campus Allowance and relocation assistance.
•  Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and providing physical therapy treatments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.
•  The position involves participating in clinical care, educating patients and families, and maintaining professional documentation.
•  Requirements include a degree in Physical Therapy, valid Oregon licensure, BLS certification, and previous hospital-based experience.
•  Preferred certifications include specialties like Geriatric, Orthopedic, or Neurological.
•  Must demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing.
•  Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, in a fast-paced environment, supporting community health and continuous improvements.
