Physical Therapist

Job Summary
Our client is currently seeaking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join Their healthcare team for a 13 week travel contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and quality of life.

Duties
Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive assessments.
Develop individualized care plans that address specific patient needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques, including trigger point therapy and outpatient rehabilitation.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies for improving mobility.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical terminology standards.

Experience
A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
Active California PT license required
Client open to background. - Hospital Critical Care or Home Health preferred
Willing to accept Local and Travel providers for this assignment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,126.00 per week
